Terms & Conditions
- 20% of total rental required at time of booking
- 80% balance to be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to rental period
- If you book within 6 weeks of rental period, full sum to be paid at time of booking
- Day of arrival - flexible (please check at time of booking)
- Arrival time after 4pm (16.00 hrs)*
- Departure time by 10am (10.00 hrs)**
- No smoking
- No animals
- The apartment is not suitable for children under 12 years
- Maximum capacity 2 people
- Security cheque or cash deposit of £300 required on day of arrival.
(This will be returned to you following the home inventory at the end of your rental period. Please tell us immediately of any damage you may find as soon as you arrive in order to avoid any unnecessary misunderstanding.)
- Please take out adequate holiday insurance to cover cancellation, and for your health and personal property.
